From the article: Get to Know Louisville's Malls
If you're going mall shopping in Louisville, you're going to want to make sure you head for the best Louisville mall. It's not as though it's possible to make it through more than one mall in a day of shopping. Some people love the openness and high-end stores at the Summit, some prefer the streamlined shopping at Jefferson Mall, and some prefer to spend days shopping for outdoor equipment at the Bass Pro Shop in the old River Falls Mall. If only one mall could exist in Louisville, which would you choose to stay? Share Your Favorite
Green Tree mall
- Green Tree Mall is my favorite because it's small and is home to the largest one-story Dillards.

Lose the Malls
- I wish all of the malls would go away so that people would have to buy from the local businesses instead. You know what's better than mall shopping? Walking down Bardstown Road or Frankfort Avenue and checking out the original, interesting, local stores there.

Mall St. Matthews
- Mall St. Matthews is the biggest mall with all of the best stores. I've been going there my whole life, and I still get lost in its maze of shopping.
