Green Tree Mall is Clarksville's only true mall. After the River Falls Mall was closed and converted into a huge Outdoor World, Green Tree Mall was left as the only traditional mall on the Lewis and Clark Parkway stretch. Additionally, since much of Lewis and Clark Parkway's business has moved to the newer Veteran's Parkway, Green Tree Mall is likely the biggest shopping attraction left on Lewis and Clark Parkway in Clarksville. The Green Tree Mall is home to more than 70 stores and restaurants, including Dillard's, JCPenney, Sears, Hollister, and Victoria's Secret.
