Valentine's Day Hike

Where: Jefferson Memorial Forest
What: Join the staff of Jefferson Memorial Forest for a romantic candlelit hike that ends with a beautiful view of the lights of Louisville. The hike’s destination is the Forest’s beautiful Manor House, where you’ll be greeted by a roaring fire to warm you up, hot beverages and desserts provided by local bakeries.
Make Voodoo Love Dolls
When: February 13
Where: Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft
What: In this workshop offered by the Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft, students will learn how to make voodoo love dolls out of traditional ragdoll patterns. According to a press release, "the dolls will be instilled with power or positive energy and can be used to affirm a relationship, attract a new partner, or just enjoy the beauty of this intriguing tradition."
American Red Cross Valentine Gala
When: February 13
Where: Paroquet Springs Conference Centre
What: The evening will feature dinner, dinner music by Hans Sander, dancing music by the Wulfe Pack Band, and Lucky Chance drawings throughout the evening. The theme this year is "Red, White, and Blue Celebration," honoring our Armed Forces.
1940s USO-style Dinner and Dance Fundraiser

Where: Frazier International History Museum
What: Join us for a World War II era canteen dance on Valentine’s Weekend! Enjoy the big band sounds of the amazing 17-piece Don Krekel Orchestra, while enjoying a “donut bar” and other canteen-style chow and a cash bar. WWII dress is encouraged!
Valentine's Concert
