(c) 2008 Michael Maupin

On the side of the Harrison County Courthouse nearest Walnut Street sits the Corydon War Memorial. This limestone plaque depicts Corydon soldiers that died fighting in American wars, including the Civil War, World War I, World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. All of the individuals listed on this memorial were citizens of Corydon prior to enlisting in the military.
