Stop One: Downtown Corydon

Explore the rich history of Corydon, Indiana's first state capitol, by taking this hour-long walking tour through its historic district. Corydon is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and 2008 marks the bicentennial anniversary of this Indiana town.

Corydon, Indiana, is approximately 30 miles west of Louisville. To get there, take I-64 west toward St. Louis. Take Exit 105 toward Corydon and head right onto IN-135 at the end of the exit ramp. To get to the starting point on this walking tour, you'll need to take a left at the third stop light onto Old IN-135. Follow Old IN-135 for approximately two miles, and then turn left onto Walnut Street at the first stop light. Park in the first empty space you can find.

  10. Final Stop: Kintner House Inn
