Autumn Beringer Wine Dinner

What: A tour of dozens of galleries in Downtown Louisville’s art district, taking participants to several different art galleries located on the Main, Market, and Fourth Street strips.
Dinner Featuring Winemakers at Lilly’s

What: Vintner Select has partnered with Lilly’s for a one-night-only family-style dinner featuring representatives from five of Oregon’s finest wineries. The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a grand tasting where guests can sample wines from all five wineries. Afterwards, chef Kathy Cary will present five courses featuring fresh and local produce. A representative or winemaker sitting at the table will pair two carefully selected wines from their portfolio to perfectly complement the dish. At the end of each course, the winemakers will rotate seats to give individual attention to the next table. The cost of the evening is $85, plus tax and gratuity. Thanksgiving Holiday Cooking Classes

What: Learn how to perfect your favorite holiday dishes this fall at The Brown Hotel Thanksgiving Holiday Cooking Class hosted by The Brown Hotel’s executive chef Laurent Géroli. Students will get to feast as chef Géroli creates flavorful dishes such as sweet potato pancakes and brioche stuffing. The chef will also have great tips and techniques on how to properly roast a turkey. Class begins at 7 p.m. and costs $75 per person, plus tax. Each class is limited to 12 people.
