PYRO Gallery Louisville is a cooperative art gallery located at 624 W. Main Street downtown. As a co-op gallery, PYRO showcases only art created by its members. Each member gets their own display for six weeks every two years, though all members' works are consistently showcased in the inventory galleries in the basement. PYRO Gallery consists of a showcase room, inventory rooms, and a Garden Gallery. To the rear of PYRO is the Chapman Friedman Gallery.

All works of art displayed at PYRO Gallery are for sale. Common mediums on display include painting, photography, drawing, collage, and fiber as well as metal, clay, and glass sculpture.
