The free annual Corydon Fourth of July fireworks show rivals anything that explodes over the Ohio River, and the best part is that it's not nearly as crowded as anything you'll find to do during Fourth of July weekend in Louisville.

General Info

The 2010 Kiwanis Fireworks Display will be held at the Old Capitol Golf Club on Sunday, July 4. The fireworks show begins at approximately 10 p.m.

Parking

Parking for the Corydon Fourth of July fireworks show will be available at the Lion's Club. Parking is also available at Corydon Central High School with shuttle service provided at no cost.

Tips

Bring a blanket or lawn chairs to sit on during the show. It's a decent walk from the Lion's Club to the Old Capitol Golf Course, so you may want to opt to take the shuttle if you're traveling with people who have trouble navigating longer distances. The wait for the shuttle can be lengthy, so make sure to give yourself plenty of time to get from the high school to the golf course before sunset.
