Almost Election Day

Hard to believe, but Election Day is almost here. So mark your calendars, next Tuesday is the day to get out and vote. At this point, you need to already be registered. Here is a link on where to vote, if you are not sure where to go.

On Election Day, Louisville will be a dry city until the polls close. If you are interested in meeting a friend for an adult beverage, Bristol Bar and Grille in Jeffersonville, IN, is hosting an Election Day happy hour. With drink specials and a chili wonton given to each individual wearing an "I Voted" sticker, it is sure to be a hopping stop.

Prefer to stay closer to home? Pick up some locally harvested food at The Root Cellar and make a healthy Kentucky meal for yourself and your family. Or, if you feel the need to be entertained, head to The Bard's Town for an Election Day show at 7:30 p.m. "44 Plays For 44 Presidents," is a tale of our presidential past with 2-minutes devoted to each of the 44 presidents.
