American Printing House for the Blind Annual Art Exhibition

actors theatreThe winners of the annual American Printing House for the Blind international art competition for visually-impaired artists have been chosen and will present their work at an exhibition at the Galt House this weekend. This year's exhibition features eighty-three works by artists preschool aged to senior citizens and covers a wide range of subjects in a variety of media, including painting, drawing, sculpture, and photography.

The event  will take place Thursday, October 14, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Friday, October 15, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, October 16, from 8 a.m. to noon. Admission to the exhibition is free, and the public is invited to meet the artists on Friday, October 15, from 4:15 to 5 p.m.
