Trolley HopOctober's First Friday Trolley Hop is tonight (10/1), and if you haven't ever been or if you're just looking for something fun and free to do this weekend, this is definitely an event you won't want to miss.

The First Friday Trolley Hop takes participants to several different art galleries, retail shops, and dining establishments in Downtown Louisville. In addition to the wonderful art exhibits you get the opportunity to see during the Trolley Hop, many venues offer snacks and refreshments (sometimes wine) for free to celebrate an exhibit's opening. Additionally, there's usually live music playing somewhere, and many of the restaurants and shops along the route offer Trolley Hop specials.

The First Friday Trolley Hop goes on from 5-11 p.m. rain or shine. Free parking is available at Slugger Field all evening. After 6 p.m., it is also free to park in the Fourth Street Live garage.
