A few weeks ago I stumbled upon this website and started clicking around. It's a database of more than 500 Louisville apartment complexes with ratings from people who do live/have lived there. Each complex has a rating out of five stars as well as written reviews that detail the pros and cons of life in the reviewed complex.
It's been a long time since I've shopped for apartments, but I wish I had access to a database like this the last time I was a renter. I imagine it could have saved me a lot of miserable months in apartments I hated from the day I moved in.
