New St. Matthews/Frankfort Ave. VIP Card

The guys who've provided us with discounts in the Highlands and Downtown Louisville over the last couple of years have been at it again, and this time they're offering their discount cards to residents of St. Matthews and people who frequently patronize the businesses and restaurants on Frankfort Avenue.
