November is just getting started, and there are plenty of great things to do this month in Possibility City. Check out the following fun events as well as those in my November Events Calendar for plenty of ideas of ways to spend the rest of the month around town.

Beading to Beat Autism
When: Saturday, November 15th
Where: Kentucky Derby Museum
What: Visit the Kentucky Derby Museum from 8 a.m. to Noon to make and buy bracelets to fund Michala Riggle's campaign to benefit autism research (Read More About Michala Riggle).

2009 IUS Economic Outlook Breakfast
When: Tuesday, November 18th
Where: Indiana University Southeast Hoosier Room
What: A networking and educational breakfast featuring a discussion of local, state, and national economic issues by a panel of experts.

Good Folk Fest
When: Friday, November 21st
Where: Mellwood Arts & Entertainment Center
What: This art show and music festival features more than 80 folk artists and more than 20 different musicians who have come together to express their creativity in a nontraditional manner.

Light up Louisville
When: Friday, November 28th
Where: Jefferson Square Park
What: This day-long celebration draws more than 75,000 attendees and features music, a parade, and a market, ending with the lighting of Jefferson Square and the Louisville Christmas tree.

Bardstown Road Aglow
When: Saturday, October 6th
Where: Bardstown Road and Baxter Avenue
What: Rejoice in the arrival of December in the Highlands as the neighborhood celebrates the holidays with streets full of live music, shopping, contests, and trolleys filled with elves.
