Applying to JCPS Magnet and Optional Schools for 2009-2010

The Jefferson County Public School System is now accepting applications for its magnet and optional middle and high schools for the 2009-2010 school year. Applications for middle and high schools will be accepted through January 9th, 2009. Applications for magnet and optional elementary schools will be accepted from February 2nd, 2009, to March 2nd, 2009. Many of these schools will be hosting open houses for prospective students and parents in the coming months. Check with your child's school of choice for the dates and times of those events.
