Democratic Vice-Presidential nominee Senator Joe Biden will appear today (9/24) at Warder Park in Jeffersonville to host a "Change We Need Rally" in support of running mate Barak Obama. Gates will open at 2:30 p.m., and space will be available on a first come-first serve basis.
