Derby City Roller Girls "Smell the Skate" Tomorrow Night

The Derby City Roller Girls are down to their last two matches of the 2008 season. Tomorrow night they play the Nashville Rollergirls in the West Hall at the Fairgrounds, and it sounds like it’s going to be a lot of fun. In addition to the excitement of the sport itself, there will also be a costume contest with a “Spinal Tap” theme, and two new rollergirls will take the field for the first time. Beer, rollergirls, a tribute to spinal tap, and a crowd full of interesting people – I don’t think there’s a better way to spend your Saturday night.
