Plans Are Finalized for New Downtown Restaurant

Z’s Fusion, a planned new downtown upscale restaurant, is set to open sometime this year toward the end of summer or beginning of fall. The restaurant is owned in part by Mehrzad Sharbaini, one of the current owners of Z’s Oyster Bar and Grill. It will be located at 4th and Market streets Downtown, right across from the Kentucky International Convention Center and will serve a blend of Asian and European dishes.
